The need for a comprehensive web-based document system to underpin the efficient management of the business and satisfy all regulatory requirements, led the client’s project manager to assess several of the document management systems on the market.
Although each solution had some individual benefits, the client subsequently chose Care Home Docs, having found nothing to match its flexibility and its potential for customisation.
To give the client a truly bespoke solution, our developers are working with a project team drawn from across the client’s business, to create a tailored version of Care Home Docs.
The project team is reviewing and updating all documentation currently used across the three divisions of the business, and working with our developers to add new sections, sub-sections and documents, all of which will auto-index into the main solution.
